Who can become a Vendor?

Anyone who is creative and has a product to sell. No porn or non family friendly products will be allowed. Your shop will be reviewed monthly for appropriate content. What is appropriate is under the discretion of the Evening Shire Council. 

 

How much does it cost to register a shop?

Registration is free. Your registrations will be reviewed by the Evening Shire Council and you will be notified if we need any additional information and if your shop has been approved. 

How much does it cost after I sign up?

After your shop has been opened, Evening Shire will receive a 4% commission on every sale you make. Once your account reaches $25 you will be able to withdraw the funds from your account.

Can I use copyrighted material?

NO . You are 100% responsible to make sure all your products do not use copyrighted material. Evening Shire is not responsible for any copyright infringements our vendors make. If we find out your product violates copyright law, we will remove your product. If you continue to use copyrighted materials, we will ban you from continuing in the Evening Shire Handmade Vendor Program.

How do I get the money from my sales?

You can sign up for PayPal or connect your bank directly to the Evening Shire shops upon registration or after registration from your vendor dashboard.

Do you add my products or do I?

You add your own products by your vendor dashboard. You can also add your own profile picture and dashboard cover photo.

How do I know when I have sales?

You have complete access to your vendor dashboard that will show your order information.

Is there anything I can’t do?

Yes, we will not tolerate rude or hateful behavior of any kind. If we deem you have been rude or expressed hateful speech or behavior to a client or the administration of Evening Shire, you will be removed immediately from the program.

What happens if I do not deliver to my clients what I promise?

Evening Shire wants all your clients to have a great experience with you. If we receive any complaints from any of your clients, you will be asked to discuss the complaint with the Evening Shire Counsel.  Depending on the details and severity, you may be removed from the site at the counsels discretion. If there are any issues with the shop interface, please contact the webmaster in Evening Shire immediately and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. With good communication, most issues can and will be resolved fairly.
